Not an anonymous office. A specific person.
I have run NASZKIEWICZ since 2021, because I believe bookkeeping can be calm and predictable — no chasing documents and no surprises at the end of the month.
I hold the first conversation with every client myself and I sign every contract. You know who is responsible for your books, and you have their number.

FAQ
The questions we get most.
Short and straight. If something is missing here, ask us live.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Correspondence, calls and your client portal are in English. Documents filed with the tax office and ZUS are in Polish, because that is the language those offices require — we prepare and file them for you and explain in English what each one is.
Can I sign the contract without coming to your office?
Yes. The contract is signed remotely: you get a link, read the whole text, confirm with a one-time code sent to your email and receive the signed PDF. We work with clients across Poland and none of it needs a visit.
How long does it take to move from my current accountant?
48 hours from signing. We contact your previous accountant and collect the documents — you do not chase anyone. You grant us the powers of attorney for the tax office and ZUS and the KSeF permissions yourself, following the instructions we send you. Checking earlier periods is a separate, paid job.
What does it cost?
The rate comes from the price list, not from a conversation — it depends on how many documents you have a month, how you are taxed and whether you are VAT-registered. Move the slider above and you have your number; the full table is on the pricing page.
Do you run limited companies (sp. z o.o.)?
Not for clients who do not speak Polish. Full company accounting means constant contact with the board over Polish documents, and doing that through translation would be a disservice. Sole proprietorships, partnerships and payroll we do handle in English.
Do you give tax advice?
No — that is a regulated profession in Poland and we are an accounting office, not tax advisers. We keep your books, file your returns and tell you what the numbers say. Where you need a binding opinion we point you to a tax adviser.
Specifics, not general advice.

Starting a sole proprietorship (JDG) in Poland as a US citizen: registration, taxes, ZUS and the IRS
A US citizen can register a sole proprietorship (JDG) in Poland on the same terms as a Pole, under the 1990 Polish–American business treaty — but it gives no right to live here. From 1 November 2026 registration is online only and needs a PESEL. Then come Polish tax, ZUS (with a PL/USA 1 certificate instead of US self-employment tax) and the IRS.

B2B reclassification in Poland: what the labour inspectorate can do since 8 July 2026, and a checklist for contractors
Since 8 July 2026 the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) can declare by decision that a B2B contract is in fact employment. The test itself has not changed, a decision comes only after a written instruction is ignored, and it reaches your ZUS and your tax office. How a case runs, what the "amnesty" covers, and three questions to ask about your own contract.

Self-employed tax return in Poland: PIT-28, PIT-36L or PIT-36, one deadline, and the health contribution that is settled with it
A sole proprietor in Poland files PIT-28 (lump-sum tax), PIT-36L (flat tax) or PIT-36 (tax scale), and all three are due between 15 February and 30 April. Not "by the end of February", as some older pages still say. The annual health contribution is settled at the same time, and a refund of an overpayment has to be claimed within a month of the return deadline.
