Bookkeeping for doctors who have no time for paperwork.
We keep the books, enter your documents and prepare the filings from your data. You treat patients; we keep the bookkeeping in order.
- We work with doctors and private practices
- Payroll and HR for your practice staff
- Deadlines watched, and someone to ask
The bookkeeping package for a medical practice
- 1The books and the recordsThe KPiR ledger or the lump-sum records, the sales record, and the filings prepared from the documents you send us.
- 2Payroll and HR for your staffIf you employ people, we handle the HR side: contracts, payroll runs and the ZUS filings.
The three things we hear from doctors most often.
After a shift you have nothing left for invoices, ZUS and filings
Long hours at the hospital or the practice, and then the piles of paperwork. Bookkeeping eats the time you needed for rest.
You are afraid of missing something and hitting a problem at a deadline
ZUS, VAT, the annual return — a date is easy to miss when your head is with your patients. Worrying about an inspection does not help.
Documents from the practice pile up and go missing
Invoices, contracts, staff paperwork — spread across drawers, inboxes and folders. You have no time to put it in order.
Bookkeeping built around a doctor, a dentist and a physiotherapist.
Keeping the books and the records
We keep the KPiR ledger or the lump-sum records, enter your sales the way the rules require and prepare the filings from the documents you send us.
Payroll and HR for the practice
We handle contracts of employment, mandate contracts, payroll runs and the ZUS filings for the people working at your practice.
Deadlines watched, and someone to ask
Your accountant keeps the calendar of your business's deadlines and reminds you in advance. You have one named person — not a queue of tickets.
Safety and quiet — without promises nobody could keep.
Time and quiet after a shift
Your accountant deals with the documents, not you after a night shift. More time for your patients, your family and rest.
Your paperwork in order and safe
We keep your documents in one place, in order and secure. Hosted in Poland, under GDPR, with professional indemnity insurance. No scramble before a deadline.
The whole practice handled in one place
Bookkeeping, payroll and HR — all within one service. You are not splitting documents between two offices.
One named accountant, and she speaks English
ZUS, VAT, JPK, PIT — our calendar, not yours. We remind you in advance with the exact payment details, and you always talk to the same person.
Four steps — then you stop watching the paperwork yourself.
- Step 01
A free consultation (30 min)
We learn about your practice, how the business is set up and where your documents stand today.
- Step 02
Onboarding, all online
Authorisations signed online, how documents reach us, and access to the client portal.
- Step 03
We keep the books and the records
The sales record, the invoices and the filings prepared from your data.
- Step 04
We watch the deadlines
ZUS, VAT, JPK, PIT — our calendar, one named person, always reachable.
The questions we get from doctors most often.
Do you run payroll and HR?+
Yes. If you employ people, we handle contracts of employment, mandate contracts, payroll runs and the ZUS filings. All as part of the same bookkeeping service.
How quickly will you take my documents over?+
We prepare the authorisations, contact your previous accountant and take over the documents and the data needed to carry the books on. The whole thing is done remotely — you approve the documents, we do the rest.
Will you help me talk to a tax adviser if I need one?+
We do not provide tax advice — in Poland that is reserved for licensed tax advisers. What we can do is prepare the data and the summaries for a conversation with an adviser, and keep the books and records in line with whatever form of taxation you choose, on your own or with an adviser. Where tax advice is needed, we work with a tax adviser.
I qualified abroad. Can you get my diploma recognised or my licence to practise?+
No — that is not what an accounting office does. Recognising your qualification and granting the right to practise is handled by the Polish chamber of physicians or the relevant professional body, and the paperwork happens before the business side starts. Once you have the licence and the business is registered, the bookkeeping is ours: the books, the records, the filings, and payroll if you employ anyone.
Book a consultation. You treat patients; we keep the paperwork.
We will talk about your practice and your documents. Afterwards you know what happens and when — and whether you want to work with us.
Tell us how you practise. We will tell you how to run it.
Once you send the form we come back within 24 hours on business days and arrange a free consultation — 30 minutes, online, in English.
- No commitment — the consultation is free

- We work with medical practices
We provide bookkeeping services: keeping books and records, and preparing filings from the client's data. We do not provide tax advice within the meaning of the Polish Tax Advisory Act. Where tax advice is needed, we work with a tax adviser. We talk to you in English, but filings with the tax office and ZUS are submitted in Polish, because that is what those offices require.
