Does this sound familiar?

The three things we hear from developers most often.

Deadlines get lost between sprints

B2B invoices, ZUS, filings — each has its own date. One is easy to miss when your head is in the code.

IP Box sounds familiar, but how do you keep the record?

You have heard about the IP Box record but do not know how to keep it properly, or what exactly belongs in it.

Your current accountant does not know IT

They get foreign invoices wrong (the EU, the US), they do not ask about the contract, and you are left holding your head.

How we help

Bookkeeping built around an IT specialist on a B2B contract.

The KPiR ledger and the IP Box record

We keep the KPiR ledger and the separate record the IP Box relief requires. Claiming the relief itself we do together with a tax adviser.

Filings prepared from your data

We prepare PIT, VAT, JPK_V7, VAT-UE and the other required filings from the documents and the data you send us.

Domestic and foreign invoices

Invoices to Poland, the EU and the US. Currency conversion, the entry in the ledger and the filings — all on our side.

ZUS and filing deadlines watched

Your accountant keeps the calendar of deadlines and reminds you in advance. You stay in touch with her, not alone with the tax office.

What you gain

Quiet operations — without promises nobody could keep.

The IP Box record kept as you go

The record is kept the way the rules require and is ready when it is needed. Note: it cannot be created retrospectively — which is why it is worth starting now.

Every document in order and safe

We keep your documents in one place, in order, hosted in Poland and under GDPR. No scramble before a deadline.

Less context outside the code

You do not have to remember the ZUS, JPK or VAT-UE dates — we watch them and write to you before each one.

One named accountant, and she speaks English

You are not chasing tickets. You have your own accountant, who knows your contract, your clients and how work in IT is done — and a Polish office behind her that knows the offices here.

How we start

Four steps — then you stop watching deadlines yourself.

  1. Step 01

    A free consultation (30 min)

We learn about your contract, your clients, how you work and where your documents stand today.

  2. Step 02

    Onboarding, all online

Authorisations signed online, access to the portal, and how documents reach us.

  3. Step 03

We keep the books and the records

The KPiR ledger, the IP Box record, invoices to Poland, the EU and the US, and the filings from your data.

  4. Step 04

    We watch the deadlines

ZUS, VAT, JPK, PIT — our calendar, one named person, always reachable.

FAQ

The questions we get from developers most often.

Do you keep the IP Box record?+

Yes — we keep the separate record the IP Box relief requires, the way the rules require and as you go. Claiming the relief itself in the annual return we do together with the tax adviser we work with. One thing matters here: the record cannot be created retrospectively, so it is worth starting it as soon as you decide.

How do you handle invoices in EUR or USD?+

Invoices issued in a foreign currency are converted at the correct National Bank of Poland rate, entered in the KPiR ledger and included in the filings (VAT-UE among them, where you provide services to businesses in the EU). Sending the invoice to your client stays with you — the conversion, the record and the filings are on our side.

Will you take my documents over from my previous accountant?+

Yes. We prepare the authorisations, contact your previous accountant and take over the documents and the data needed to carry the books on. The whole thing is done remotely — you approve the documents, we do the rest.

How do we talk day to day?+

You have one person — your accountant, and she speaks English. We write by email or through the client portal, talk on the phone and hold meetings online. You send documents through the portal or by email, with no need to come to the office.

What about the ZUS and filing deadlines?+

We keep the calendar of your company's deadlines — ZUS, VAT, JPK_V7, VAT-UE, PIT advances and the annual returns. We remind you in advance and give you the exact amounts and the payment details.

Will you advise me on my form of taxation, or claim the relief for me?+

We do not provide tax advice — in Poland that is reserved for licensed tax advisers. What we can do is prepare the data and the summaries for a conversation with an adviser, and keep the books and records in line with whatever form of taxation you choose, on your own or with an adviser. Where tax advice is needed, we work with a tax adviser.

I moved to Poland for a B2B contract. What will this actually cost me each month?+

Two things, and they are separate: our fee, which is on the pricing page, and your own ZUS contributions, which you pay to the state. Over your first months in business the ZUS reliefs bring the contributions down considerably, and we will tell you which one applies to you and when it runs out — with the amounts, before the first payment is due, not after.

What should we take on?

We provide bookkeeping services: keeping books and records, and preparing filings from the client's data. We do not provide tax advice within the meaning of the Polish Tax Advisory Act. Where tax advice is needed, we work with a tax adviser. We talk to you in English, but filings with the tax office and ZUS are submitted in Polish, because that is what those offices require.
