Oświadczam, że wskazany powyżej pojazd samochodowy stanowiący moją własność prywatną wykorzystuję w sposób mieszany — zarówno do celów prowadzonej przeze mnie działalności gospodarczej, jak i do celów prywatnych, począwszy od dnia 29.09.2026.

W związku z powyższym do kosztów uzyskania przychodów zaliczam 20% wydatków z tytułu używania pojazdu (art. 23 ust. 1 pkt 46 ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych), a podatek naliczony VAT odliczam w wysokości 50% (art. 86a ust. 1 ustawy o podatku od towarów i usług), o ile jestem czynnym podatnikiem VAT.

Oświadczam, że dane zawarte w niniejszym oświadczeniu są zgodne ze stanem faktycznym i jestem świadomy/a odpowiedzialności za podanie danych niezgodnych z prawdą.
