Bookkeeping for a driver. No penalties, no nerves, no surprises.
We specialise in settling platform drivers. We watch EU VAT, the import of services, JPK_V7 and VAT-9M — everything an ordinary accountant can miss and the tax office does not forgive.
- One flat rate, straight from the price list
- EU VAT and VAT-9M handled as standard
- Onboarding entirely online — no paperwork
- Hosted in Poland, GDPR, indemnity insurance
Three things you probably do not know:
- 1You have to be registered for EU VATEven if you are exempt from VAT — the commission Uber or Bolt charges is an import of services from abroad. No EU VAT number means arrears and interest.
- 2VAT-9M every month — 23% on the commissionSomeone exempt from VAT still pays VAT on the platform's commission, with nothing to deduct. A real, monthly obligation.
- 3You may be able to pay 4% VAT instead of 8%A licensed taxi can opt for the 4% flat-rate VAT scheme (VAT-12). We work out whether it pays off for you.
The costliest mistakes are the ones you cannot see yet.
The Uber and Bolt commission is an import of services
A Dutch invoice in your inbox every week. Without an EU VAT number and VAT-9M, the office adds the arrears plus interest for every month.
An ordinary accountant does not handle this
Most accountants do not know how Uber, Bolt and FreeNow settlements are built. You pay them and still carry the risk.
You lose weekends to PDFs and spreadsheets
Reports from three platforms, bonuses, cancellations, multipliers, the cash register. Your job is driving, not bookkeeping.
Bookkeeping built around a platform driver.
EU VAT, JPK_V7, VAT-9M, VAT-12
The filings handled in full. We know exactly what goes in and when — no deadline takes you by surprise.
Choosing how you are taxed
We compare the 8.5% lump sum against the tax scale and the flat tax for your mileage, your lease and your ZUS. It often covers the cost of the bookkeeping.
The 4% VAT scheme (VAT-12)
We check whether the 4% flat-rate VAT for a licensed taxi pays off for you — and set it up if it does.
Importing the app reports
You upload the CSV or PDF from Uber, Bolt and FreeNow — we do the rest. No spreadsheet evenings.
The rate comes from the price list — it depends on how many documents a month you have, how you are taxed and whether you are VAT-registered. Nothing extra for EU VAT or JPK_V7: they are in the rate.
Four reasons drivers stay with us for years.
A speciality, not a sideline
We do not look after five drivers on the side. The platform business has its own set of procedures here.
One flat rate, no asterisks
What the price list says is what you pay. Nothing added for EU VAT or JPK.
We reply within 24 hours on business days
Got a question? You get an answer within 24 hours on business days — not next week.
We watch the deadlines for you
VAT-9M, VAT-12, JPK_V7, ZUS, PIT — our calendar, not yours.
Four steps — and never a spreadsheet again.
- Step 01
A short call (15 min)
We ask about your platforms, your VAT status and your lease, and tell you what it costs.
- Step 02
Onboarding, all online
Authorisations signed online, EU VAT registration, and choosing how you are taxed.
- Step 03
You upload the reports — we book them
The CSV or PDF from the apps once a month. We take it from there.
- Step 04
Quiet and predictable
A flat fee, filings on time, one named person to talk to.
The questions we get every week.
I am exempt from VAT — why would I need an EU VAT number?+
Because the commission Uber, Bolt or FreeNow charges you is an invoice from a company elsewhere in the EU (the Netherlands, Ireland). That is an import of services, and it requires registration for EU VAT and a monthly VAT-9M return with 23% VAT on the commission. Skip it and the tax office adds the arrears plus interest.
I drive for two or three apps at once. Does that change anything?+
Not in what we do — we settle all of your platforms together. The price comes from the price list and depends on how many documents a month you have, not on how many apps you use.
I already have an accountant but something feels off. Can I move?+
Yes, and moving is free. We handle the transfer of documents, the powers of attorney and the contact with your previous accountant. The best moment is the start of a month.
The 4% VAT scheme (VAT-12) — is it worth it for everyone?+
No. It mainly pays off for drivers with a taxi licence who do not have large VAT-bearing purchases to deduct. We work it out for your situation before you decide.
Do I have to buy a cash register?+
Yes, but a virtual one is enough — an app on your phone. We help you pick one and register it. There is a relief of up to PLN 700 towards the purchase.
I am not a Polish citizen. Can I drive and run a business here?+
Running a Polish sole proprietorship is straightforward for citizens of the EU, the EEA and Switzerland — we explain what it takes in our guide. Driving for a platform additionally requires a licence and, for a passenger-transport licence, a Polish driving licence; those are matters for the city office and the transport authority, not for an accounting office. We will tell you which office to go to, and once the business is registered, the bookkeeping is ours.

No commitment. If after the call you decide it is not for you, nothing happens. If it is, we take the whole paperwork over from the following month.
