Frequently asked questions
What does keeping the KPiR ledger cost?
The MINI package (up to 10 documents a month) is PLN 199 net if you are exempt from VAT and PLN 249 net if you are VAT-registered. The next packages depend on how many documents you have — the full table is on the pricing page.
Can I move to you mid-year?
Yes. We take over the books at any point in the year — we collect the records from your previous accountant, check the entries and carry on without a break.
How do I hand over documents?
Through the client portal, from a browser or your phone, or as a scan by email. We work remotely, so nothing has to be delivered or printed.
Will you help me choose between the tax scale, the flat tax and the lump sum?
Yes — at the start we compare the options on your own figures. Where a matter needs tax advice, we work with a tax adviser, because advising on tax is a regulated profession in Poland and we are an accounting office.
