What does payroll cost per person?
PLN 25 net a month for someone on a contract of employment and PLN 18 for a contractor. That covers the payroll run, the ZUS filings and PIT-11. One-off items such as registering or deregistering someone with ZUS are priced separately.
Do you handle contracts with foreign nationals?
Yes, on the payroll side — the contract, registration with ZUS, contributions and the annual return. Residence and work permits are a separate legal matter and we do not handle them; we will tell you who does.
Can my team see their own payslips?
Yes. Everyone on your payroll gets access to their own documents online, so you are not forwarding payslips by email.
Can you take over payroll mid-year?
Yes. We collect the personnel files and the payroll history from your previous accountant, check them and carry on without a break.
