The controller of personal data processed in connection with our bookkeeping services and with contact through this website is NASZKIEWICZ Biuro Rachunkowe. The details, the legal bases and the rights of data subjects are set out in the GDPR information notice and the privacy policy.

Work with business clients is governed by our terms of service and by the individual bookkeeping services contract, which contains the data processing provisions.

A note on language: we correspond with you in English, but these documents and the contract exist in Polish, and the Polish version is the binding one. Ask us about any clause and we will explain it in English before you sign.

Both the client portal and the administration panel require signing in. Your bookkeeping data is accessible only to authorised people at the office and to you, once authenticated in your own portal.

Sessions are handled by the website's authentication provider; passwords are never stored in plain text. We recommend a unique, strong password for the client portal.

The website runs on the cloud infrastructure of our application provider. Communication with it goes over HTTPS (TLS). Client accounting documents are kept in the professional accounting software the office uses.

We collect the data needed to provide bookkeeping services, to contact you, to issue invoices and to meet our tax and reporting obligations. The full list of data categories and legal bases is in the GDPR information notice.

The contact forms on this site collect only what you enter into them yourself, plus the consents needed for us to reply.

How we use cookies, including analytics cookies, and how consent is managed, is described in the cookie policy. You can change your preferences at any time from the footer of this site ("Cookie settings").

To provide our services we use trusted subprocessors — among them the providers of the website's infrastructure, email, the accounting software and the tools for communicating with public offices (KSeF, e-Deklaracje, ZUS).

Data is entrusted to subprocessors under written agreements. The categories of recipients are listed in the privacy policy.

We keep accounting records for the periods required by Polish tax, accounting and social security law. Once those periods pass, the data is deleted or archived to the extent the law requires.

Data processed on the basis of consent (marketing, for example) can be withdrawn at any time — we then stop processing it for that purpose.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object — to the extent the GDPR provides. The full description is in the GDPR information notice.
