Referral programme terms
In force since: 10 September 2026
What changed on 10 September 2026: the reward is PLN 100.00 net off the referrer’s invoice and PLN 100.00 net off the referred business’s invoice. The previous version (of 6 July 2026) reduced the next month of bookkeeping to PLN 1.00 net. Referrals submitted before 10 September 2026 are governed by the previous wording — see § 11(3).
This is a translation. The Polish version is the binding one.
§ 1. Organiser
The referral programme (the „Programme”) is run by Michał Naszkiewicz, sole trader, tax identification number (NIP) 7481590271, registered in Kraków, Poland; e-mail: biuro@naszkiewicz.com.pl, telephone: +48 453 225 505 (the „Organiser” or the „Office”).
§ 2. Definitions
- Participant / Referrer — an adult individual, a legal person or an organisational unit that, on the day the referral is submitted, is an active client of the Organiser under a bookkeeping services agreement.
- Referred business — a sole trader, a legal person or an organisational unit whose contact details the Participant passed to the Organiser so that an offer could be presented.
- Agreement — a bookkeeping services agreement concluded between the Organiser and the referred business.
- Successful Referral — the situation described in § 5 of these terms, which entitles the Participant to a Reward.
- Referrer’s Reward — a one-off discount of PLN 100.00 (one hundred zloty) net plus VAT due, applied to the Participant’s next bookkeeping invoice.
- Referred business’s Reward — a one-off discount of PLN 100.00 (one hundred zloty) net plus VAT due, applied to the referred business’s first bookkeeping invoice.
- Reward — the Referrer’s Reward or the referred business’s Reward, and jointly both of them.
§ 3. Who can take part
- Only active clients of the Organiser may take part — clients who, both on the day the referral is submitted and on the day the Reward is granted, have no overdue payments towards the Organiser and are not serving notice on their Agreement.
- One client account = one Participant. The Reward is attached to the account the Participant’s invoices are issued from.
- Taking part is voluntary and free of charge.
§ 4. How referring works
- The Referrer passes on the referred business’s details only with its prior, freely given and informed consent to those contact details being passed to the Organiser so that an offer of bookkeeping services can be presented (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Spam, cold-mailing without consent, entering third parties’ details without their knowledge, and any other conduct contrary to the law, to good practice or to the Organiser’s interest are prohibited in the Programme.
- The same business may be referred to the Programme only once. Where several submissions are made, the first one received by the Organiser counts.
- The Referrer may not refer themselves, nor an entity in which they hold shares, nor an entity connected with them by capital or personal ties in a way that would make the referral fictitious.
§ 5. Successful Referral
- A referral is successful when all of the following are met:
- the referred business concludes a bookkeeping services Agreement with the Organiser within 90 days of being submitted by the Referrer;
- the referred business pays the Organiser’s first bookkeeping invoice on time;
- the referred business does not withdraw from the Agreement within the statutory period (where it has that right) and does not terminate the Agreement during its first month.
- The Organiser verifies that these conditions are met against its own accounting and CRM systems.
§ 6. The Reward
- For each Successful Referral the Participant receives the Referrer’s Reward: a discount of PLN 100.00 (one hundred zloty) net plus VAT due, applied to their next bookkeeping invoice.
- A referred business that concluded an Agreement with the Organiser as a result of a submission to the Programme receives the referred business’s Reward: a discount of PLN 100.00 (one hundred zloty) net plus VAT due, applied to its first bookkeeping invoice. This Reward follows from concluding the Agreement alone and does not depend on the remaining conditions of a Successful Referral.
- The discount may not exceed the net value of the invoice it is applied to. Any unused part of the discount does not carry over to later billing periods and is not paid out.
- The Reward is granted once per Successful Referral. The number of Successful Referrals in the Programme is not capped.
- The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other benefit.
- The Reward does not combine with the Organiser’s other promotions, discounts or loyalty programmes, unless the terms of that promotion say otherwise.
- Where the Participant or the referred business terminates their Agreement with the Organiser before the invoice carrying the Reward is issued, the right to the Reward expires.
§ 7. When and how the Reward is granted
- The Referrer’s Reward is applied to the bookkeeping invoice issued to the Participant in the month following the month in which the Organiser recorded the referred business’s first on-time payment under the Agreement.
- The referred business’s Reward is applied to the first bookkeeping invoice issued to it under the Agreement.
- Both the Participant and the referred business are told about the Reward by e-mail, sent to the address given on the submission form or held in the Organiser’s system.
§ 8. Tax
The Programme is addressed primarily to businesses. A Reward in the form of a discount on bookkeeping services is a reduction of the sale price of the service and is tax neutral for the Organiser. The Participant and the referred business each settle any tax consequences of receiving the Reward themselves, as appropriate to the form of business they run.
§ 9. Personal data (GDPR)
- The controller of the Participant’s and the referred business’s personal data is the Organiser: NASZKIEWICZ Biuro Rachunkowe, e-mail: biuro@naszkiewicz.com.pl.
- Personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- handling the Participant’s participation in the Programme and verifying a Successful Referral — article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract — these Programme terms);
- contacting the referred business in order to present an offer — article 6(1)(a) GDPR (the referred business’s consent, obtained by the Referrer before the details were passed on);
- handling complaints and pursuing or defending claims — article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller’s legitimate interest).
- The Referrer declares that they pass on the referred business’s details only after obtaining its prior, informed and freely given consent to do so, and is responsible for the accuracy of that declaration.
- Data may be disclosed to the Organiser’s IT, hosting, e-mail, legal and accounting service providers, acting under the appropriate data processing agreements.
- Personal data is kept for the duration of participation in the Programme and for as long as the law requires (in particular tax law) or until any claims become time-barred, whichever is longer.
- Data subjects have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal) and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
- Full details of how personal data is processed are in the Privacy policy and in the GDPR information notice.
§ 10. Complaints
- Complaints about the Programme can be sent by e-mail to biuro@naszkiewicz.com.pl with „Program poleceń” in the subject line.
- A complaint should identify the Participant, describe what happened and say what the Participant wants. The Organiser answers within 14 days of receiving it, by e-mail to the address given.
§ 11. Duration and changes to these terms
- The Programme runs for an indefinite period.
- The Organiser may end the Programme at any time, giving 14 days’ notice published on its website. Ending the Programme does not affect rights Participants acquired before that date.
- The Organiser may change these terms for good reason (a change in the law, a change in how the services are provided, security, or preventing abuse). Changes do not apply retroactively — submissions made before a change takes effect are governed by the previous wording.
§ 12. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and data protection law.
- Disputes arising from the Programme between businesses are heard by the court with jurisdiction over the Organiser’s registered seat. For disputes with consumers, jurisdiction is determined by generally applicable law.
- These terms are in force from 10 September 2026 and are available free of charge in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.
